Please join us at 9:00 a.m. at the Northport Yacht Club for the 2026 Metro NY PCA DE pre-season INSTRUCTOR MORNING meeting and social, and lunch!
This is the 2026 Metro NY PCA DE Instructor's pre-season meeting, with refreshments!
Open to MNY PCA HPDE Instructors and Instructor Candidates only. This includes approved out of region instructors.
The venue is the Northport Yacht Club (directions below).The date is March 8th, 2026 starting promptly at 9AM.
We expect to be finished the instructor meeting by Noon, then provide a light lunch. The pre-season meeting for ALL DE participants and potential enthusiasts will take place in the afternoon. There is NO CHARGE for instructors to attend these events and we encourage all to participate for the full day. Refreshments will be available.
Please do not register separately for the Afternoon Pre-Season DE Meeting and Social. Registration as an instructor will count as registration for the full day.
We will be having a number of short talks given by some of our own instructors and we are looking for a robust discussion about the program.

LIE (US 495) Exit 51N or Northern State Parkway Exit 42N North on Deer Park Avenue (Rte. 231). Bear right at firehouse to Jericho Turnpike (Rte. 25). East one block. First left (Citgo station) onto Elwood Road North four miles, then continue across Fort Salonga Road (Rte. 25A). Elwood becomes Reservoir Avenue; Reservoir becomes Church Street. Cross over Main Street. Church Street becomes Ocean Avenue. Left on James Street, Right on Bluff Point Road. Northport Yacht Club is on the left.
