Join your Roadrunner Region Porsche friends for an evening of fond Bill Oaks' memories and delicious New Mexican food at Tomasita's in Albuquerque. We will have a set menu of six items priced like they would be on the menu, that is $20.00 -25.00. The menu items will include Enchilada Plate, Atrisco Plate, Taco Plate, Southwest Chicken Salad, Chimayo Plate and Burrito. Drinks, Tax and Gratuity extra. We will have separate checks.
The private room at Tomasita's will enable us to have a silent auction of memorabilia belonging to our beloved member Bill Oaks who died in April of this year after almost 96 years of a fabulous life. HIs stepson Joe would like these items to stay in the Roadrunner family. There are hats and pins, model cars from his collection, and several of the beautiful baskets Bill made. Proceeds from the Silent Auction will benefit Joy Junction, Bill's preferred charity.
To allow space for the silent auction, we are limiting the group to 50 attendees, so register early and mark it on your calendar. There is no cost for registration; but please cancel early if you cannot make it. We will have a waiting list.
