Join the Columbia Porsche Group for a beautiful drive on Saturday, April 26th, 2025 to Glasgow, MO. We will meet at the Boone County Fire Protection District parking lot (2201 Interstate 70 Dr. NW, Columbia, MO) at 9:30 a.m. and we will depart promptly at 10:00 a.m. for a fun and scenic route to Glasgow, Missouri, where we’ll enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch by the riverfront.

Along the way, we’ll make a stop to visit Rob Fleming’s new shop. We anticipate arriving in Glasgow around 11:15 a.m. at the Missouri Riverfront, where picnic tables are available in a shelter building with a beautiful view of the river.

Lunch Options:

If you’d like to enjoy a pre-arranged lunch, the famous Rolling Pin Bakery in Glasgow is offering a variety of delicious options. You can pre-order by Friday, April 18th, by calling or texting Rob at 573-864-2154 or emailing robfleming1@juno.com. Here are your lunch choices:

Sandwiches: BLT, Reuben, Brisket, Chicken Wrap, Ham, Turkey, Chicken Salad ($7.00)
Chef Salad or Side Salad: $7.00 or $4.25
Chips: $1.10
Drinks: Soda, iced tea (sweet or unsweet), or Sweet Peach Tea - $2.25
Baked Goods: Pies, cookies, cakes, rolls, turnovers, etc. ($2.25 - $4.00)

You can also browse the bakery’s menu online or visit them in person (just two blocks away) for dessert options. Please plan to reimburse Rob for any pre-purchased food at the picnic.

Feel free to bring your own picnic lunch if you prefer. This is one of our favorite drives, and we would love for you to join us for a fun and relaxing day!
